Spiritual Growth and Consciousness (or to be more specific, "expansion" of Consciousness) are really two different things, although the former can lead to the latter.

Spiritual Growth ranges from becoming aware that there is more to life than "the material world," to actively embarking on a spiritual path. Consciousness (rather, "expansion" of Consciousness) has to do with awakening to the truth of "who-you-really-are" -- a spiritual being, sometimes referred to as the "Self" or "Higher Self."

These are my favorite "Spiritual Growth and Consciousness" Resources.

Concept-Therapy - This link leads to the profound and comprehensive philosophy of life that has been a major part of my life for many years, and always will be. I was both a student and instructor of this remarkable teaching. Concept-Therapy’s advanced Phases, called "Conceptology," are for spiritual growth and expansion of Consciousness, while the basic Concept-Therapy course is an exceptional personal growth training, and is included on the Personal Growth Resources page. Courses are given "live" in many locations, as well as on-line. The Concept-Therapy home is in a beautiful ranch in San Antonio, Texas, and taking a Course in this environment is a wonderful experience.

Robert Scheinfeld-Ultimate Freedom - After many years of spiritual and metaphysical studies and teaching, I read Robert Sheinfeld's book, Busting Loose From the Money Game, and it had a huge impact on me. For some reason (I guess it was just "the right time"), the massive amount of spiritual, metaphysical, philosophical, psychological and scientific material in my brain finally came together and I realized who-I-really-am and why-I-here. As a result of these realizations, I was inspired to do a lot more research and write Loving the Game of Life.

Explore Robert's website. You'll find a great deal of very valuable information, including videos, about the journey of "awakening" on his site. If being "awake" is your desire, I also highly recommend his excellent programs. Life can become very strange as your Consciousness expands, and Robert's work is very supportive. I found his DVDs and live events extremely valuable.

Center for Spiritual Awareness - This website is for people who truly aspire to Self-Realization. It offers wonderful free on-line and downloadable material, in the Kriya Yoga tradition. The spiritual leader and director, Roy Eugene Davis, is a direct disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda, Indian guru, mystic, founder of the Self-Realization Fellowship and author of Autobiography of a Yogi. Roy is the last person to be personally ordained by Yogananda before his transition.

Since 2011, when I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Kriya Yoga and Roy, I have spent a memorable week during the summer, with one of my daughters, at the beautiful Center – a delightful retreat from everyday life! Everyone is welcome at the Center, and payment is by donation. Roy and the insightful and practical Kriya Yoga teachings, practices and approach to enlightenment enhance our human experience, as well as guide us towards Self-Realization.

The Kabbalah Centre - Kabbalah is an ancient mystical Hebrew teaching that explains the spiritual, mental and physical laws that govern the Universe. The Kabbalah Centre does not teach Kabbalah as a scholarly study; rather, it provides teaching and tools for creating a better, more fulfilling life.

If you are not Jewish, you're in good company. Some of the non-Jewish scientists, philosophers, spiritual leaders and mathematicians who studied Kabbalah -- either through the original system (word of mouth) or by studying Kabbalah's sacred text, the Zohar -- included Pythagoras, Meister Eckhart, Sir Isaac Newton (his copy of the Zohar is in Cambridge University in England), William Blake, physicist Wolfgang Pauli, who won the Nobel prize in physics in 1945, and many others.

The similarities between Kabbalistic teachings that were revealed thousands of years ago and the latest theories of modern science are startling. The quantum physics description of our Universe -- "a unified field of energy" that contains the vibrations of everything that has ever existed -- was taught by Kabbalists long ago.

Besides its scientific revelations, Kabbalah teaches that the purpose of human life is spiritual growth, and that in order for humans to evolve they must learn to share, to love unconditionally, to be grateful and to restrict negative impulses. The Kabbalah Centre is a valuable resource for those who desire to evolve in Consciousness, and also want to understand the correlations between science and spirituality.

Apocalypse-How - This fascinating website is for people who are "awakening" to their Divine heritage and aspire to Self-Realization, or enlightenment. The purpose of this website is the same as the purpose of my book, Loving the Game of Life. It is about the meaning and application to your life of two profound statements. One is, "You are a spiritual being having a human experience," by Pierre Teilhard de Chardin (1881-1955), French Jesuit priest, mystic and geologist. The other is, "Reality is merely and illusion, albeit a very persistent one," by Dr. Albert Einstein (1879-1955), theoretical physicist and winner of the 1921 Nobel Prize in Physics.

On this unusual website, the meanings of these statements are explained in many different ways, from many "voices," including mine. I had no idea this website existed until I received a message from the man who created it, with a link to the page he had been written about me. You may have heard of some of the voices, like Eckhart Tolle and Gregg Braden; some you will resonate with, others you will not, and some may seem too weird and "far out." Whether or not you resonate with the perspectives of some of these people, they all have one desire: To help humanity awaken to the truth of who-we-really-are and what-we-are-doing-here. When enough people awaken to this knowledge and understanding, we can achieve what we all want - A Better World!

Loving the Game of Life - Discovering Who You Are and Why You Are Here - This book is for anyone who has ever asked the questions - "Who Am I? Why Am I Here?"
